Backtagging: I live off backtags sometimes. Totally fine, encouraged even.
Threadhopping: I don't mind. I'd prefer a little warning though, maybe in comment titles or something.
Fourthwalling: Sure.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Akira's canon doesn't deal with super heavy subjects, but I see no reason to avoid them in RP. The only subject I've been super uncomfortable with in the past has been violent child abuse.

Hugging/Kissing/Flirting with this character: Go for it! Can't guarantee he won't freak out though.
Fighting with this character: Akira's team is not that strong yet, but he'd be happy to have a Pokemon battle! Convincing him in to anything else is going to be difficult though...
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): He's bound to get in to a few scrapes being a Rocket. I'm ok with most anything (within the limits of the game)
Killing this character: n/a
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! Just give me a heads up so I know what's coming, or can let you know what's on his mind.
